Study links police effectiveness to public trust in Somalia
SIMAD researchers Ahmed-Nor Mohamed Abdi and Mohamed Bile Hashi have published a study in Cogent Social Sciences, a journal indexed in ISI and Scopus. The paper examines how the effectiveness of the Somalia Police Service affects public trust and cooperation with the police, and whether citizen satisfaction plays a mediating role.
